Located approximately 2.5 hours northeast of Manaus, Brazil, this remote and captivating river offers exceptional fishing opportunities. With high numbers and an impressive size average, the Itapera River is known for producing over 2500 peacock bass per week for a group of eight anglers, with an average weight of 8 pounds.
